Text message service disruption

The text message service is now fully restored and our monitoring shows no further errors. Our text message recovery service has since processed and sent out messages that were held during the outage. As a result, some members may receive notifications, such as appointment reminders, with a delay. Additionally, some text messages sent during the incident may remain in the “ordered” status because their final delivery confirmation can no longer be retrieved from the provider. We have confirmed that the system is stable and all new messages are being delivered normally. We apologize for the inconvenience and the delayed notifications.
Our text message provider has resolved the technical issue that was affecting delivery. According to the provider, a network interface was temporarily reinitialized during a security review, leading to a brief service interruption. Our logs show that text message delivery errors occurred between 13:06 and 14:08 CET. We’re monitoring the situation.
We are currently experiencing issues with text message/SMS delivery. Our team is in close contact with our text message service provider to identify the root cause and resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience.
