The incident ‘Delays in processing payment results’, which occurred between 2026-08-25 11:08 CEST and 2026-08-25 14:41 CEST, has been resolved.

We identified the affected areas around 11:30 and rolled out two fixes between 11:40 and 12:10 to speed up processing of payment results. The backlog is now draining steadily and at the current rate should be fully cleared within about 1 hour.
Payments themselves completed successfully throughout this incident — only the processing of their results was delayed.

• Online Payment Overview
• Terminal Payment Overview
